THE BEST eyeliner is waterproof Revlon Colorstay!!! It is AMAZING!!! I took a shower while wearing it, it stayed on, then i went swimming and everyone else was jealous because my eyeliner was THE ONLY one that wasn't running!!! So i definitely recommend it!!!

I have a great eyeliner from Prescriptives. It's the deluxe eye pencil. It has never rubbed off or smeared during the day, has lasted through a huge cry at a funeral, and is just simply the best eyeliner I have ever purchased!

Chanel has a great eyeliner that you wet and apply with a thin eyeliner brush. Stays all day.

I recommend Revlon Colorstay. It doesn't run throughout the day and it's inexpensive. This can be purchased at any local drug store.

Prestige Automatic. Fantastic, been using it for over 10 years and will not switch! Espresso or black.
Feels and looks like half liquid, half kohl.
