I'm looking to get my page hosted, willing to pay, which site is the best/cheapest?

Well, I have a blog, but would like to get it hosted, or maybe just have an entry page hosted. Nothing big, just room for like a picture, or a redirecting.

Yahoo has a nice hosting service for $2.99 a year domain name.
