Gettysburg in Pennsylvania, which is mostly known for the great battle that ensued there during the American Civil War in 1863. During the first 3 days of July that year, the Battle of Gettysburg turned from a small skirmish north-east of Gettysburg to the greatest battle in American history with a whopping 53,000 casualties. I love going there for the beauty of the place as well as the large amount of history (not to mention the ghosts. Ihave seen one there before),
