Duel booting is possable. You must install the Mac OS first on a different partition than the Windows OS, then install the Windows OS. Now Depending on what version you are using with Microsoft and Mac, there might be some conflicts with the OS reading the other partitions. Mac can not read Fat16, 32, but can read (if I remember correctly) NTFS. Windows can not read UFS which is used by all unix based systems unless other wise specified. Depending on your Hardware, Microsoft might have problems finding drivers for devices. You will have to find those drives out on the web if nessary. If all goes well you should have two OS that will work on the same machine.

I believe that you need one of the newer "intel" Macs. But i'm not 100% sure.
