Absolutely nothing - just like every other dream you have. Dreams are no more than random impulses within the brain and there's no proof to suggest the contents mean anything.
If you are happy in your life, don't worry about your dreams. Concentrate on what's happening in your life, rather than your dreams.

i had the same experience and i had the dream more than once and i had to figure out the moods i was in and the backround and what i thinking eating all thoses mushrooms

Try this.
lie down on a bed, and deep breathe,,,,,,in ....and out.....in.....and out....rememeber the dream? ... visualise seeing yourself
You cant hear what the other you is saying but you can try to read his/her/your own mind.. you an now make it out.he's saying..........this is what it's like on a day to day basis trying to communicate with you, you plank.

the other you is representing another aspect of your personality
i think maybe if you are having trouble communicating with yourself it represents that you are neglecting an aspect of yourself and have to look to that
