No, spam yes. There are hundreds of these fake *** lotto sites. I once signup like 3 years ago and they still send ****. Don't do it. Plus look at that url, lotocatalunya, what the hell is that.

proberly just another scam, called a 419.
on the email u got look at the header for the ip address and put this into www.dnsstuff.com and lookup the ip address and i bet its either in russia/africa or even more close nigeria

If I remember correctly it is not legal to sell loto online unless you are the STATE
Of course out-of-country loto is legal but you will never win
