He is wondering if anybody else is sitting around doing nothing ,while the rest of the world keeps going on.....and
he probably has realized that some bird brain took great pains to sculpt him and forgot to put any clothes on him...and now he is stuck sitting there looking rather..."OUT OF PLACE"...or.."Stripped of what pride he ever had"
