Self discipline. Education is just reading things in books or experienceing life. Self discipline is how you APPLY your education to your life.

The person with self discipline will have a more fulfilling life.Even with a good education these days that doesn't make you the right person for the job. It takes self-discipline,and a strong sense of self-worth to accomplish anything worth while in life. Self- discipline is a great quality to have. Remember what goes around comes around. An education doesn't determine what kind of person you will become. Being self-disciplined does.

Self Discipline

In my opinion one must have both to live a fulfilling life because with good education one can have a greater horizon and a better view of life and with self-discipline one can apply in his daily life the principles that education enriched his mind with. So one without a good education has little use of great power of self-discipline because he will not know what to pursue in life and how to do it and one without self-discipline will be unable to pursue a fulfilling life even though he will know the way to go.

Both. A person without self-discipline is not likely to get a good education.

A fulfilling life would be what ever each of these people make it out to be. I'm more disciplined than educated and I've seen the world. I'm pretty happy with my life.

Mind you, my response it purely subjective, but I base it upon my own experience and personal observations. My answer is self-discipline. A person with a good education may lack common sense or the proverbial "street smarts." They also might not have self-restaint, self-reliance, discipline, motivation, or sheer joie de vivre. Whereas, a self-disciplined person may possess all those attributes, and as a result achieve their goals. Having achieved them, they stand a better chance of leading a fulfilled life than a person who doesn't.

A person with self-discipline and mastery can more easily gain a good education than someone else. They are the more likely to try and find out knowledge and use it for good purposes, thus giving that person a more fullfilling life in the end because they had integrity and did what was right for them. (This is in most cases, mind you - there are often exceptions to everything)

Self-discipline. You can't have a good education unless you have the self-discipline to study and value an education.

You can have a wonderful education, and still be a miserable person to yourself and others, so I would have to say self-discipline applied in the right areas of life is better.
