I don't think it's a matter of a single issue it's a matter of where to start. Do you work on something that is effecting us now or something that will effect us later? War for example will never go away because there will always be someone who wants more power. Power is an evil thing when people's lives are being taken away becase someone else thinks they should die. This is something that can be seen with Al-Qadia leaders all the way down to a husband who kills his wife. There will always be someone who thinks they can control someone else...in the end...death. It's pretty disgusting. Sorry I just started rambling, I do feel better thanks! =) Brandi

my answer is the government is not being fair to its citizens and is ignoring the licence to steal given to the lawyers, dr. hospitals and fuel companies. who can afford their prices. Its a diaster.
even if you have insurance for the hospital or dr. the cost is so high the insurance pay just a small amount and your stuck with an outrageous bill you cant pay. Give us poor people a break.
