ALL stars are not anti-american.

It would be very hard to be both a star and anti-american, unless you're canadian. Star status is based on popularity. Which stars do you feel are plotting to overthrow the government of the United States of America? Homeland security would like to know. America doesn't "give" much. Everything has a price. How would you define anti-american? Is it simply that they disagree with you? By our constitution, attempting to silence people who disagree with you is anti-american. For example, blacklisting the dixie chicks because they disagreed with our motives for war (which turned out to be incorrect), is anti-american. Speaking out because your conscience tells you to is the heart of America.

You are so right. They should wake up every morning, look in the mirror and ask themselves, "Could I have been this successful in any other country in the world?"

The answer would clearly be, "NO".

However, although I do not appreciate what many of these "stars" have to say (and clearly many of them are Pro-American), I do defend there right to say it.

If we, as Americans, are offended by what they say, we should remember that when their new albums, movies, etc.. come out.

coss they want to be part of the worldwide trend in bashing america.instead of making their own choices an opinions known they have talking heads who prombt them to give pc answers.they have no thought process if they did they would be more than entertainers.they are like sheep they follow the herd unlike lions an indiviuals who do they're own thinking an don't care what the popular crowd thinks-stars opinions on world events or true life don't carry any weight with people who have their own thought process.

Actually Jacob, I agree with you. There seems to be power within opposition. Every one talks about the sixties not so much with the seventies. It is easier to disagree than agree. If a celebrity causes a controversy then they get more publicity!

Ditto about all stars not being anti-american.
I remember that a couple stars said they would move to Canada if Bush got re-elected. They didn't move.

In general, generalizations such as that are worthless. Please be more specific about your rant.
