To answer your question..white people aren't the only one's with smaller lips...
To answer the question about why black people can't talk...I can talk very well...trust...not all white people have perfect speech. What I want to know is why do white people "try" to talk black...? Listening to a white person talk black is worse than a black talking wrong...
Back to the main question...why do you even care about white people's lips anyway...?

there are many people of different ethnicities who have thin or almost non existent lips... I have seen Asians and Latinos as well as Caucasians who almost have no lips. So, what in the world are you talking about? It is all genetics.

The bigger question here is why do some black people not know how to talk and say things like, "I not Racist" and so on. It's I am not racist you melvin.
