The simple answer is no. However there are many companies that are selling titles to small parcels of land on the moon, and other planets. These are fun as a joke, just remember that you are making some guy rich off that joke.
In 1967 the United Nations put forward the The Outer Space Treaty which said that no government can make any territorial claims on any extraterrestrial entity. This was supposed to stop any governments from creating space empires or claiming things like the moon for one country.
Unfortunately some people said that the treaty excluded private individuals, and so private companies and people COULD own property and planets. However in 1979, a new treaty was passed, that said all extraterrestrial resources are 'the common heritage of mankind'
So there you have it, sure you can "buy" a little certificate that says you own part of the moon, or mars or whatever. But in reality it is just for fun, and you don't really own anything.
Another thing to consider is that in the days of the "old west" in the USA people purchased land, but needed to visit the property at least twice in order to stake a claim to it.
I don't think many people are going to be visiting their property on the moon for a very long time.

Yes, I forget the guy who's doing it, but you can purchase property deeds to plots on the Moon. I am sure if you search on Yahoo! or Google you can find him. Oh, I don't think he offers a way for you to actually get there though, but if you find a way, you can rest easy knowing your stake has been claimed.

you can buy acres on the moon,but there is no purpose I mean you are not going to land there anytime soon right.Besides what about NASA? were would they land?

No one owns it...yet. Some day some one will attempt to have ownership. You can't actually buy it, for no one owns it. All you can do is take it for yourself and protect it from being taken away.
