Select the image, then go to edit, then cut.
Now, if you mean crop, then first use your image editing software to do that. Select the area to crop, and then in edit use crop.

You need to have some kind of image editing application. Windows comes standard with "Paint" - open the picture in this app and use the selection box to choose the area you want to keep. In the menu under Edit you will find crop. Then save the cut out image.

If you want to cut the Picture so you can print it there are Lot's of photo programs you can use, but if you want to get the picture off your computer then you delete it, witch you would find the picture right click on it then in the drop down menu click delete.

photo shop is the best but if you dont have it just use Microsoft office picture manager go to picture on the tool Bar and crop. then you should cut it easy.
