What wrong to this e-mail andytruong@1991.sbc.global.net?

My friend gave me that email and when i mail him. it didn't work

it should be @sbc.global.net or @sbcglobal.net....

the first part may be andytruong1991 or andytruong_1991

ask again it is mis-spelt
