becasue it is easier to moan groan and complain then it is to take the steps needed to report the offenders.....in most cases if you follow there procedures for filing a complaint which may be as easy as calling a phone number..you will get results..in most cases i have gotton free coupons for food or services...you work hard for your money and deserve good service and when you dont get it you have a "right" to complain..if no one does then how can they ever fix the problems..with the competition out there today in fast food chains they are more then willing to fix the problem to get you to keep comming back....

Well, think of it this way, if you made $5 an hour to shovel french fries and take flack off of people all day, how do you think that your service would be...ive never worked fast food, but i have worked in a restaurant, and i feel their pain...and i make a lot more money than they do, so i give some understanding...remember, employment is a lot like being a consumer....you get what you pay for....encourage companies to pay employees wages they could live on, and maybe they would have a more amicable attitude.

I don't know what happened to you so can't comment on that. Certainly no one should have to deal with being insulted or treated discourteously.

But keep in mind that fast food workers are among the lowest paid. That results in high turnover and - sometimes - poor training.

Try to set your expectations accordingly and if you feel you haven't been treated fairly, complain to the manager. If that doesn't work - take your business elsewhere.

I agree with what was already said, nobody wants a spit sandwhich. Watch the movie waiting with ryan reynolds in it. A whole new light on the food service industry.

Come on...the people at these fast food restaurants are probably making minimum wage...I sure as hell would not provide good, quality service for minimum wage...Do you really think those employees feel valued by their company...I would say no.

Because, deep down, we realize that all fast food is crap, so when the service we receive is also crap, are we really that surprised?
