It's not about the network - it's about the mobile phone. Most phones these days are tri-band, meaning they'll pretty much work in any country in the world.

Your phone will need to be enabled for international roaming - you will need to contact Orange to do that.

My Orange phone has worked everywhere that I've been including Latvia, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Poland... so long as you have the international roaming enabled it will..
