Dont use hockey pucks. If it is a car and your trying to fit 22s or 24s Bling Bling wheels. Go to a custom car shop and purchase the right stuff for your own safety and everyone elses. I will require Lift spindles for the front and coil spring set for the back depending on the type of car you have. Do it right the first time and you shouldn't have any problems and it will be safer.

What kind of car?
10" is really unheard of, probably wouldn't even be street legal at that.
6"-8" would be something you could get from an off road retailer but something as crazy as 10" might need to be fabricated specially.
I knew someone who actually used hockey pucks to give his truck an 10" lift so maybe that's your answer

A hydraulic jack.making sure to put it on a strong jacking point and not on a thin part of the underside of the car or the jack will push through the car floor and the whole car will collapse. If in doubt use axle stands too
