im gonna have to go with Arizona on this one. They pick up one of the most exciting running backs in the game giving them a triple threat on offense that really resembles the young cowboys of the early 90's. PLUS, they got a potential long-term qb in the draft who has the opportunity to sit and watch behind a veteran who knows how to win.

While I am a Lions fan, I think the Cards had a better off season. The Cards added Edge which makes that offense scary, especially in the west where they play the 49ers and Rams twice. I would be very surprised if the Cards offense isnt top 5 by end of the year.
As for the Lions, they drastically improved their coaching staff, but it should be interesting to see what 1st ever time head coach Rod Marinelli does. Now that Joey Blue Skies is finally gone, we have two career backups to replace him. Oh well, I guess the Lions will continue to have mediocre QB's. If our defense can remain healthy, for once, it might be close to #10 in the league.
Unfortunately, the Lions have 3 prima donna WR's that all need to be slapped around so they can realize they are wasting more talent then most WR's will ever have.
Also, I truly hope Miami starts Joey when Miami comes to Detroit for the Thanksgiving Day game. Joey would either put up 350 yds & 4 td's or his normal 190, 1 td, 2 ints.

Dolphins. If Culpepper is healthy they have all the WR help they need for him to be succesful. Ronnie Brown will get the ball 30 times a game. The Lions will always be the Lions, I put the cardinals second with signing Edge.

The Lions made the best overall offseason moves, making their defense reliable now, though they did not improve their O. Line as much as they could have. However, the best single person improvement was the Cardinals, with the addition of Edgerrin "the Edge" James. This is a hard topic to talk about being a die hard Colts fan, myself. haha

no longer truly Derek fisher averages 10 factors and knight averages 9, purely benefit knight has on fisher is his help. Lakers additionally resigned Chris Mihm a veteran midsection who averages 10 factors, 6 rebounds,a million block, a million help,FG%: 50%, ft%: seventy one% and could play good protection, basically signing Breven knight and Al Thomton wont sparkling up the clippers problems with the addition of sort lacking something of this season. Fisher can provide the Lakers youthful component guards some management in that functionality, the lakers have been super while healthful, they have been 13 video games over the mark untill the injuries kicked in so im going could desire to disagree at the same time with your opinion.

The Cardinals made the best moves on paper, and you need to look at more than a big name signing. First, they addressed the running game by getting Edgerrin James. Then, they focused on the draft and grabbed Matt Leinart (future QB star under Kurt Warner's tutelage), Deuce Lutui (USC Guard for Leinart - so familiarity helps), and Leonard Pope (monster TE from Georgia). Also, the Cards picked by kendrick Clancy, who continues to improve in his career as a DT. Furthermore, they grabbed two new line coaches to improve the team's chances for success. Loney (Vikings O-Line coach) helped create a new offensive scheme that gave Culpepper additional support for his QB capacity before he succumbed to injury. Brooks had a successful stint as D-Line coach for Detroit (probably the only positive on the entire team last season).

No doubt the cardinals. Edge was just what they needed to balance out an offense that was already dangerous. Warner might have a better O in Arizona this year than he had in STL too bad leinart will be starting by week 4

You know it's the Cardinals. They got Warner, drafted Lienart, and have arguably the two best recievers in the NFL. The missing piece or should I say the Edge would have been to get a great RB and thats exactly what they did.

Clearly as usual my patriots did, getting maroney, a steal at #21 and jackson, another steal at #36. Plus we got beefy o line guys and fortified our safeties. Plus, it's not just the draft, but we're making moves still right now in FA before the season starts to get law back, as well as possibly lelie to upgrade the receiving corps.

A lot of teams got the itchy trigger finger early on in the year, but now that the fallout is shaking out, we're right there to pick up the pieces and use them to our advantage.

Other than us, I would say the niners in a close second race. Go pats!!!

Dolphins. They picked up a star QB and a backup who is dying to prove himself in a club that is actually functioning. They dropped the pot head and have a stud RB. They even snaked in Vick, who could be turned into a two slot reciever. I would say the cards are right behind them, but until they prove that their O line is solid then they have nothing.
