Try www.vrbo.com (vacational rentals buy owner). When we owned our house at the lake we rented it for $125.00 a night and it slept 8 people. Good luck and have fun!!! Maybe we will meet at party cove.

All I suggest is stay away from the Gravois Mills Area. The Lodge of the 4 Seasons is good and about the best you will find. Otherwise, renting a house boat might be a cheaper way to go.

Rainbow's End Resort! Great little houses with bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens. A dock for your boat or jet ski, picnic area for eating outside, convenience store (on the water) so you can gas up your boat and a little floating platform for swimming off of. Not near the expense of renting a condo and you don't have to sleep outside with the critters.

There are lots of little, clean hotels there. If you go to www.lakeoftheozarks.com it should list several there. We have been many times and really enjoy going there. Lodge is very expensive though. There probably is a Super 8 too.
