You can
curl your eyelashes
Use a blowdryer to make the curler hot (but not hot enough that it burns)
Line the inside of your bottem eyelid with white eyeliner
Definately use mascara!!
Also use a light shimmery eyeshadow, which makes your eyelides look bigger.
Don't use a dark eyeliner on the top (it make your eyes look smaller)

Making your eyes bigger is simple. People say that using light colors will make them bigger but sometimes thats not true. Using dark lush colors will definately bring out your eyes and make people notice them better. Also use a good thickning mascara and use a couple of coats. The more dramatic your eyes are the bigger and more noticeable they will become.

Only put eyeliner in the bottom,on top only makes your eyes look small so I don't recomend to put on top. Try it first put eyeliner on top and kinda smoke the bottom with black eye shadow ,take a picture of your eyes with a digital camera then try only the bottom part eyeliner with nothing on toptake a picture of your eyes again and compare you'll see the difference.

Use a small amount of white or a light color shadow or conceler in a shade lighter than your skin in the inner corners of your eyes. Try not to use a lot of shimmer. You don't want to look like you are trying to open up your eyes. The trick is to look natural!

Use pale shades and stay away from dark shades they tend to make your eyes look small and receded. Try lining your eyes in white eye liner or a liner that matches the whites of your eyes

use white eyeliner, this gives the elusion of a wider eye.
This trip is used most for people with tight eyes.
if you want to make longer looking eyes, use a black eyeliner
and shape the eye in the inner eye and also the upper lid.

Buy mild coloured eyeliner, like white or peach. White is extra harsh than peach; peach offers you extra of a common glow. Apply it to your waterline. Now take a few white eyeshadow or a white eyeliner pencil and spotlight 3 features to your eye: the tear duct or internal lid, that is the interior so much nook of your eye; the foreheadbone, and at the part of your eyelid that's closest in your ear. Now as for eyeshadow, mild, peachy common tones will support to open up your eye extra. If you do like darker colours (that you definitely can escape with because you've got colossal eyes) stick with matte browns and taupes and different impartial colours. One colour eye shadows are excellent if you are going to spotlight, as good as lighter colours. This is in view that in case you use darker colours, you can be masking up all that paintings. Peach is a pleasant colour for inexperienced eyes, and taupe is going well with any eye colour. Purple appears powerful in opposition to inexperienced eyes, however many are adversarial in opposition to the "Agh! Someone simply punched me" appear, and I do not know if you can be considered one of them. But it does appear relatively contrasting and lovely. Eyelashes are enormously principal in making your eyes appear wider. Curl your eyelashes and follow two coats of mascara. Curl and follow mascara in your curb AND higher lashline! If you desire an exaggerated appear, acquire fake eyelashes and follow them. (How to use fake eyelashes: Remove a fake eyelash from the packaging. Apply a skinny strip of glue at the base and blow lightly. Put lightly onto your eye, key phrase being GENTLY. Hold it there for approximately thirty seconds or so till it dries.) Hope I helped!
