Of course, for all the people who just slipped past the pearlies. We can't have, like, Jesus mingling with Joe Blow from Tucson. Actually, most of Heaven is a ghetto. Much like earth, only the top 1% gets to live the good life.

I'm guessing in the most fundamental form of the word, Yes. Ghetto simply means a collection of people, therefore I hope heaven has a ghetto, otherwise it is just one guy up there chilling, which doesn't leave much hope for the rest of us. Of course it is as i always say, heaven would be nice, but hell is where all of your friends are going to be.

No, Heaven doesn't have a ghetto. In Heaven everyone is equal and the streets are made out of gold...sorry no ghetto!
