Wireless internet? Yes, it could interfere. Speakers? Yes, it'll make odd static type noises from any speaker that's near it. Never have figured that one out. Monitors? Yes, it'll interfere with a crt monitor, make it all wavy for a second, kinda fun to watch. The rest of your computer? No, nothing. And none of that stuff is doing any damage to anything, it's temporary interference

Not that I've experienced. I use cellphones at work and home, and there have been no problems to either one.

occasionally you will hear a chirping from the speakers (external, not sure about the internal one). Thats the only effect i know of.
