I know that Windows Media Player has a search option and you can look for music for free and listen to it.
Yahoo Music (as most of the people here have suggested)

You can streamline free music on Yahoo! music. You can choose the type of music you want to listen too. There are advertisements, but not a lot.

I've been using Yahoo!Launch for years. Just recently I upgraded so I don't have to listen to commericals and it's relatively inexpensive. Also, If you download Napster (no fee), you can look up music and add it to you jukebox.

try yahoo music. You have to listen to ads about every 3rd song or so but its pretty good. You can also create your own station.

I have Kazaa and you can listen as well as download to cd or to hard drive to listen to later. They have all kinds of music- you search my artist, song or album title.
