Caveman!

Lets compare: a cavemen back in those days were able to survive on little to no resources, but remember, as time evolved, and so did man, there were "the first's..." in some things, like the discovery of the wheel, and the discovery of fire.
An Astronaut however is use to high tech systems, that even in the case of not having anything, they would not have had had high level of survival skills to live.

If you would have said caveman vs 'school teacher' I would have said caveman; but astronauts are very fit and take a lot of survival training. IE most are military, right?

Probably the caveman since they are more experienced in fighting for their life than an astronaut is.
