yes....some bottles say refrigerate after opening.
I, too, hate cold ketchup on hot food, so I put some in a plastic measuring cup and microwave it for about 15 seconds to take the chill of of it, that way the food doesn't get cold.

I go both ways.....lol
Although I hate putting cold ketchup on hot food so lately I have been keeping it in the cabinet. I am positive that it does not matter. Funny question though....

Yes, I refrigerate my ketchup, because I like it cold with fries and what not. If it's warm, or room temperature, whatever, then I don't like it as much.
