Good thing it is a wire report or Fox would have a spin on it or not reported it.

It just confirms what has been said all along.

The world views America as a bigger threat to world peace than any country.

They also think we are the terrorist.

Did you watch Bill O'Reilly's special segment on prisoner interrogation at Gitmo?

I wish it had been required viewing. The soldiers explained that the perception of Guantanamo is terribly distorted. The commonly held notion that the prisoners there are just a bunch of innocent turnip farmers who happened to get swept up in our dragnet is beyond ignorant.

The interrogating soldiers explained that most of these men are extremely dangerous. (Think about how Hannibal Lechter had to be treated, and you'll get an idea). About 65% have not given any legitimate information. Some have even refused to give their names. What we have learned is this:

1) The level of despair among the prisoners is finally starting to yield results. Many now believe that if they don't cooperate and give honest, verifiable information, they will never leave the prison.

2) Only a very small number of prisoners were ever there without cause. Most have already been released.

3) Almost without exception, the prisoners who finally talk are giving up very valuable information that has prevented numerous attacks.

I think the world IS wrong. Anytime you have a KNOWN TERRORIST (yes, he has been accused of the 70s kidnappings) running a country it is frightening. If we had simply blown the middle east off the map in the 90s (thanks Bush I) this wouldn't be an issue. However, now we have to deal with the fact that Iran is a threat. CIA needs to take his *** out.

No. But then again, just believing that will cause people to tell you to move to France, Canada, etc etc. People do not believe that you can love your country so much that you want to change it so its going in the right direction. We've got so many problems at home, can't we fix our own issues first?
