Cranberry juice will do the job in about a week. You need to drink about a gallon a day. Works like Magic.

It depends on your metabolism, but on average THC should leave your system after about 2 weeks. One way to help speed this process up is to be active (which is hard for most stoners). Exercise and drink lots of water.
If you are simply wanting to mask the THC and get negative results on a test, then you can flush your system temporarily, by drinking about a gallon of water an hour before hand. Urinate until your stream is clear, at which time it will be diluted enough to mask most of the THC.
If you are concerned with THC leaving your system in a certain period, you probably should not be putting it into your system to begin with.

Drink a gallons of water.
Approximately 80% of the U.S. population is dehydrated every day. By the time your brain registers thirst, you are already severely dehydrated. Most all drugs/toxins can be flushed from the body by plain water and rehydration methods (medical use). If you need a quick clean, drink 8-12 ounces of green tea every three hours and a quart of water every two hours for one day (12-24 hours). However, this method strips your system of most toxins and can make a urine test "Too Clean". So, if you're trying to clean up for a drug test this system works too well and looks suspicious to a lab tech. In fact cleaning up for a drug test is so prevalent nowadays, tests are changing to accommodate "Clean & Clear" urine specimens.
I have heard people claim this works well as long as your usage of marijuana is not daily and it depends on the type you are smoking.
P.S. Drinking vinegar or pickle juice in large quantities will only make you throw up! And it does change the chemistry of your urine if you are able to swallow enough of it and keep it down.

Can't be done. I read on here yesterday that somebody tested for trace amount a year ofter quitting. THC is stored in the body's fatty tissues and almost never leaves, unlike some things which aren't stored in the body at all and can be flushed out in a matter of days.

it takes 30 days to clear your system just from one joint and depending on how much you have smoked in the past it could take up to 2 years.
