I don't know about any university that offers figure skating but i do know that one of Americas best culinary university is the CIA the Culinary Institute of America ie. CIA.

the owner of the last place I worked, her name is Katherine, and she owns Katherine's Catering in Ann Arbor, MI. She was a competitve figure skater as well. What are the chances! Look up Katherine's Catering, and go to the website. Maybe some good info there

wow, such two different choices for careers...the best place to go for culinary arts is an actual school for them...try the Culinary Institue of Arts...
as for figure skating...no idea.
