If you want to drive always close to the coast, then you will have some problem in Somalia because of the political situation over there. But if you are looking just for a way to get to Kenya from Cairo, then you should follow this path:
From Cairo go east toward Suez. From Suez you go down the coast of the Gulf of Suez and then the Red Sea, passing through Bir Zafarana, Hurghada, Bur Safaga, Marsa Alam until you reach the border with Sudan at Bir Shalatein.
After entering Sudan you continue to drive next to the Red Sea coast passing through Halaib, Muhammad Qol and Port Sudan until you reach Suakin just south of Port Sudan. From there you get away from the coast heding shouthwest until you reach the town of Haiya. There you turn south toward Kassala. Continuing south you will passing through Khashm el Girba heading toward Gedaref. From there you go southeast toward the border with Ethiopia at Gallabat.
After entering Ethiopia through Metema, you go east to Gonder close to Lake Tana. You turn around the eastside of the lake heading toward Bahir Dar, from which you go a little bit southwest to the town of Dangla, then you turn southeast toward Addis Ababa, passing through Debre Markos. From Addis Ababa, you go south toward the Kenyan border, passing through Akaki Beseka, Debre Zevit, Mojo, Shashemene, Awasa, Wendo, Yabelo, and Mega before arriving at the border at Moyale.
After entering Kenya, the first city you will come across is Marsabit.
If you don't want to to enter Ethiopia, then there's an alternative route that continues further south in Sudan to enter Kenya from the northwest.

No. The shortest you're able to desire to force around the US might take approximately 37 hours of non-stop driving (Jacksonville to San Diego on I-10). The solar might have set and risen returned for the time of that element, because of the fact the earth is going via an afternoon in 24 hours. Even the help from the time zone replace won't help you with that.
