They are trying to be the female versions of Johnny Cash and cashin on the outcast side of music even though they couldn't write a good song even if johnny wrote it for them.Dixie Chicks hang up the mike and go home live off the old stuff you sang and give the world a breath of fresh air, you bunch of "war whinning" hippies.

I don't quite get it either. All they do is wipe ink on nice dresses and, at the end hold down one of the maniac's. I don't think the song makes sence either.
