Well being from the only country that has used nukes in the past, I would say it may happen. You have Iran out there who has leaders that think it is ok to kill people that are not the same as them. And if you die along with them then that is ok. Sounds stupid and somethings and most sane people would not do, but not everyone is sane. So we must keep on trying to stop the spread of nuclear weapons.

We are building smaller, tactical nuclear warheads right now. Why? Because in the future we might need to take out a military force on some battlefield, and even Bush said in dealing with Iran, the nuclear option is not off the table. Iran wouldn't be able to hit us back because they don't have nukes...yet.

No inter continental missiles are so quickly and many have warheads that split to attack multi objectives.Trident it really is released by ability of submarines travels at 13000 mph so quickly that it causes an 0.5 inch hollow between it and the water it incorporates an explosive load equivalent to each and each bomb utilized in conflict because that conflict began which includes WWII atom bombs there isn't any huge-spread way of intercepting the form of missile.Interception has been defined as attempting to shoot a bullet with yet another bullet.

i say Israel will at Iran or someone else in the mideast and then its on. they just keep killing people for land that they want? i guess it will start here soon over the land Mexico wants back from the US, hope not but looks that way. funny how alot of people say Iran, they are so FAR away from making a nuke its funny!!!! the USA needs to quit sticking its nose where it does not belong. charity begins at HOME, fix whats broken here first then move on to help others.

With the best of hopes, I would say yes, but as long as we do not put the interests of the world in higher priority rather than those of the individual, there is very little hope of it.

It's highly unlikely, unless the country in question is ruled by religious fanatics, such as Iran.
