I'm not a huge fan of the Packers, at least the ones right now. They lose all of their star players to free agency and injury (Javon Walker and Ahman Green) every season, and a lot of people not named Brett Farve are unhappy in Lambeau Field right now. However, the dominant Packers that emereged in the 50's and 60's after the league merge were certainly something to be proud of. To make a long story short, Vince Lombardi was the man in Green Bay. I'm hoping the Packers can return to that glory soon, and give the Bears a run for their money.

I am the world's biggest Packers fan, and I'm about to shock the other Packers fans...Brett Favre should retire. I know he loves the game and to me, he is always the man's man of quarterback. The fact is that they are missing way to many pieces that they had back in the Packs' big playoff runs. It's time to rebuild. WIth that huge salary of Favre's, Green Bay will not be able to afford new younger free agents. Brett's got nothing left to prove.

It would be un-American to not like the Packers. I am a 49ers fan and the Packers have killed my dreams a few times, but you still have to appreciate a team that has such a loyal fan base and a small market (Green Bay) and can still compete.

Can't stand them. Especially if we have to hear Brett Favre's gay lover, John Madden, tell us how Favre is the Second Coming.

No, it's not un-American to not like the Packers. We have the right to cheer for and against any team anywhere.
