If you just have a little than you must just have mild acne. Avoid stressing out because this will cause break outs. Take a multi-vitamin to make sure you're getting nutrients. Certain foods don't directly cause acne, but a poor diet makes your acne take longer to heal. Don't pop your zits because this embeds the bacteria deeper into your skin, and spread the bacteria when you get it under your finger nails. Drink a lot of water. You can also buy an acne mask preferrably one with sulfur if you don't already have one that comes with AcneFree (not familiar with that). However, if you can't find it w/ sulfur the Neutrogena mask works pretty well. Just put it on pimples covering them completely...let it dry...and go to sleep. Furthermore, make sure you are washing your face gently and not roughly because this irritates your acne/skin. Also, wear loose clothing and take a shower after excessive sweating. When you exercise or stay out in the sun for awhile the sweat clogs your pores, and it's best to take a shower immediately afterwards. I think that's everything. Good luck.

Boscia is really good. You have to get the exfoliant, gel cleanser and toner though. Its synergistic so it only works if you use the whole set. They have sample size kits at nordstroms for like $45... The samples are BIG too- thats what I get... better deal.
And as for the AcneFree... if you are already using it, you might want to try using the makeup removing cleansing cloths by proactive before using your AcneFree cleanser, I GUARANTEE it will work. I also have both AcneFree and Proactive and I thought they sucked really bad but then I used their makeup removing cloths before I washed my face and IT TOTALLY WORKED. I guess the cleansers are too gentle to break down your makeup so it ends up clogging your pores, but like I said, if you use the cloths before, you're good to go.

I had really bad acne all over my face, and it was painful, so i started exfoliating with St. Ives Apricot scrub and then using clean and clear cleansing wipes before bed, in the morning i use whatever moisturizer i canget my hands on, i find the MOrning Burst (by clean and clear) lotion is the best.

Make a paste out of one table spoon of honey, plain yoghurt, few drops of rose water and apply to your face. Leave it on your face for 10 minutes and wash your face. These are key ingredients in clearing your skin. Try for two weeks and see if there is any improvements.

I heard toothpaste was supposed to dry them out. Burt's Bees has a thing called a herbal blemish stick that you can buy at any health place and it dries them out the same day it works so good!!

no greasy foods like Pizza. No candy all the time like Snickers and no soda at all. After 2 months with those in mind, it should clear up.
