Job: Answering phones, helping customers, filing, inventory, invoicing, maintaining database, running off copies and flyers, folding, along with other assorted jobs. (When accounts receivable lady is away, doing some her job, when the main receptionist is away, doing her job which means putting my own job on hold), currently learning another department's job)

Depends on where you work, the tasks you handle and how stingy or generous your employer is. If you feel you aren't paid enough look for a new job and if you are paid well make sure and thank your employer.

doesn't sound like you do anything requiring any high levels of skill and since you did not mention any education I will assume that you have no business training
$12/hr sounds good
