Working out is a great a way of passing time. It makes you feel great and keeps your body looking good. Its good challenging yourself too. Today you do 100 crunches tomorrow you do 150.

go outside, get fresh airs, excercise, run around the neighborhood, ride your bike, go shopping, talk to yourself...there are all kinds of stuffs you can do. fun and boring. get active!!!
