Not all numbers are real. For example the squareroot of -1 equals i. i is imaginary and is a "nonreal" number. However, your logic is flawed not the math when it comes to your circle predicament. Any number can be divided by any other number except of course if the denominator is zero or both numbers are infinity.

You can divide 100 by 3. You cannot divide 100 by 3 and get a whole number however.
100/3=33.333333333333333 (the .33333 would go on forever)

You are correct.
Number are not as real as the real objects are. The numbers are representations of real objects. One can divide 100 into three equal parts. The only question is how precise does it has be.

but for all practical purpose you can say that the third fo the cricle is 33.3% of area/circumference (whatever that 100% meant)
