Go to the doctors, make sure it is a pimple. He will give you a prescription to get it out and keep the bacteria from creating a worse problem.

My boyfriend ignored advice to seek medical attention for an earache a few years back and now has no hearing in that ear.

Try using a cotton swab dipped in witch hazel or alcohol and dab it on the affected area 2-3 times a day for a few days. It will eventually dry up and top layer will just flake away.

get a hot rag and put in on the pimple until it is hard and then you have to squeeze it out if that fails take a bobby pin and try to get it out with that hope you get it

Use a q-tip with some anti-acne medication on it and dot ti on the pimple. Then leave it alone!!!

Have your significant other cover your ear with his/her mouth and suck as hard as possible. That way it won't leave a permanent scar.
