Any school that has both an MBA program and an Environmental Science MS program will allow you to get a dual degree. I know you can do it at Duke, because one of my MBA classmates did.
Some advice: In terms of getting work after you graduate, you will be better off going to a school with a great MBA program and a good MS program than going to a school with a great MS in ES program and a good MBA program.

In most of the cases the university will give you the option to do MS.c or MBA.
On Ms.c degree you need to write a thesis while in MBA they save you this work.
You can always do both of them and try to get credits for some of the common courses.
