They play catchy rock music, with definite pop hooks and some techno and synth usage.
Some people call it emo, but it really isn't. "Real" emo is more like hardcore than pop punk.
It's not really punk either.
I would call it pop rock.
They DO have videos, which I'm sure you could find on www.youtube.com by searching for Panic! at the disco

Panic! At The Disco are in no stretch of the imagination "emo"
They are a pop-punk band, just like every other band signed to Pete Wentz's DecayDance records and just like Pete's own band, Fall Out Boy. They have two videos out right now, one for I Write Sins Not Tradgedys, and one for But It's Better If You Do. Both can be found on any number of sites, like YahooLaunch, mtv.com or youtube.com.
As for where they're from, they're a band of kids just out of high school from Las Vegas. They don't have "greatest hits", because they've only got one album out so far (A Fever You Can't Sweat Out)
