perpetual motion is a concept that a machine, wheel or what ever will continue in motion forever from the initial energy that is input.
perpetual motion cannot exist due to the law of conservation of energy. this is because all mechanisms have some form of energy loss from friction, heat, light, radiation.
this means that no matter how efficient a machine is you will always have some energy loss somewhere and you will always have to input more energy periodically.

Perpetual motion is the concept of a machine that can run on a battery forever. As in, without having to need any new electricity. Ever. A perpetual motion machine would need no friction in it or anything it could come in contact with. In short, it would need to be suspended in space and still somehow do its job. How is this possible? I'm not telling because I haven't patented it yet. =)

Once again, mans lack of imagination has driven him to give a falls conclusion.
To give all of you who look for a true answer, I will give you a resent and documented Perpetual motion machine (pmm):

http://www.galleri-finsrud.no/sider/mobile/linker.html
I know that most of you people will doubt this and may even think that it’s a hoax, it is not. Also, i am not "nuts".
Please note that although I have provided info on only one machine it does not mean that that’s the only working design. There have been several other working machines; you can find more information (among other places) here:

Current day scientists are bureaucratic fools that have lost their sense of curiosity, closing their eyes to the possibility of other truths with out first testing them.
I am gravely disappointed at the lack of people that show imagination and intelligence in this day and age.

There is no such thing as a perpetual motion machine.
All machines lose energy when their motion is converted to heat by friction.

no longer a similar element. In stimulus spending, you're borrowing paintings from destiny projected paintings with a view to pay for paintings performed in the present time. the money comes from debt that's a authentic commodity in the present time. Perpetual action isn't conceivable with the aid of damping forces that are poorly understood (except you're in reality speaking about friction). It has implications in wavefunction overlap and superposition yet, that regularly is the volume to which it pertains to a destiny timeline.

it keeps going, and different versions have different technology, I'll tell you after i get the patents.
the 2ND law of thermodynamics is so damn funny! best joke I've heard in years!
