Because it's run by a bunch of racist, sexist, rich, white men who are only concerned with rich white men's problems.

Because we're doing it to ourselves, we're the ones creating the problems and we expect Congress to clean up our mess. People, espically in this country, live their whole lives eating crap and smoking and now they complain they cant afford health care when theyre old. We dont save up that much for retirement and then we accpet Congress to pity us. We buy millions of SUVs and make a new demand curve for gas and create global warming, and Congress is suppose to fix it. The majority of Americans don't even bother to vote, and yet they complain about Congress doing nothing. We demand new drugs from the drug companies before they can test them and then sue them when we find theres a problem, and health care goes up. I think we as Americans should wake up and change our own lives and become less dependent of the government, and make the goverment more dependent on us.

Oh, simply because IT IS NOT THE JOB OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO PROVIDE YOU WITH HEALTHCARE, A JOB, A HOME, OR FOOD. Learn to rely on yourselves Americans.
While I agree with your comments on the fed finding nothing out of "special prosecutions", we ALL need to understand that the government was not put there to provide for us. It was created to handle certain issues such as national defense and foreign affairs NOT to hold our hand through all of our basic wants.

I guess you don't know the first thing about America! It's about freedom, not government social programs. Washington should shut down those stupid programs and give me my money back, so I have the freedom to do as I and every other American could do what they wish with it. That would fix every thing, more freedom. IT IS THE AMERICAN WAY!

Healthcare, Medicare and schools are not the federal government's responsibility. In fact, per the Constitution, they don't have the authority to have anything to do with them.
Federal welfare is unconstitutional. Period.

Because the big Bush Plan is only just about half-way thru & Bush ain't finished yet.
I think you should all get together, descend on Washington & take it to his door!
I'd come & help but I'm 10,000 + miles away!

Bcuz Washington is the problem with America. Once they get into office, it's pretty apparent that it's to suit their own motives and desires, not ours.
