It's a red flag my friend.

Especially if there's no apology. If she does not seem genuinely bothered, she doesn't respect you. Dump her and date someone who want to be with you.

Punctuality is not a major offence to most but to answer your question the best way is by saying that you are going pick them up an hour or two before you really do. This way they can still be late but accordingto your schedual they willbe ready just in time for your date...this works I went out with someone who was always 11/2 hrs late so I started makingthe time for our dates 11/2 hrs before the actual time thus he was always on time and I was not sitting and waiting for him...we are still together and he has stopped being late patience if you care about them will help to alleviate the aggrivation especially when you see that the changing of teh time works wonders.

you need to try some behavioural therapy on your date. If they are just, say, 10 mins late then maybe just raise your eyebrows. If they are more than that, just go out without them and then call them the next day to say that you had a wonderful time. That'll get them setting their alarm!!!!

If it doesn't, move on and find someone who will respect you enough to be on time, every time.

How late is he usually? if its a half an hour, tell him to show up a half an hour before you actually want to go.
