i usually check prices at

pcmall.com
ecost.com
tigerdirect.com

and then cross-reference back to pricewatch.com to see what the lowest prices are.

that's if you're looking for a new or refurbished one. if you want to gamble on a used laptop, ebay.com is the best place to go.

I have the best luck at Dell.
Costco sells Dell laptops now too.
