Considering that weight is really mass, and mass can be converted to energy, -and darkness, by this definition is void of either mass or energy, then no darkness does not have weight.
But if in the middle of night you get out of bed, and it's dark and you hit your foot on a chair, then yes, darkness does (have) (include) weight.

well if you are refering to dark matter and dark energy then yes. There is a huge amount of that stuff in our universe.
If your referring to empty space then no, because it has no mass. (Thats one of the defining characteristics of empty space)
