"Can we talk?" was an annoying thing she used to say. She's an insulting comic - popular in the 1980s & beginning of the 1990's.

She's a comedienne who lost her touch with comedy. She WAS gruff and obnoxious. Now that her career tanked, she is relegated to red carpet gossiping with her daughter on E! television. What a waste.
Note to Joan: give up the cosmetic surgery. It's NOT helping!

Joan Rivers is the poster child for why older women shouldn't get plastic surgery. Also, she is the oldest woman alive at 175 years old. She's not funny anymore, just insulting and degrading to people who don't dress or look like her. She should live in hiding the rest of her life alongside Osama Bin Laden.
