This is a real messed up situation!!!!
Dump the boyfriend, dump the best friend(she really isn't much of a friend if she went out with your boyfriend), tell her boyfriend and then turn around and walk away from them all, girlfriend. You don't need that crap, no body does. There's someone better for you out there!!!!

Yipes. Your a teen, this stuff is going to happen and you just have to go with the flow. Don't get all sad and depressed, (men aren't worth it). If you like your bf x then wait for HIM to ask you out. Girls shouldn't be doing all the asking. If a guy likes you, they'll let you know. You don't have to have a boyfriend to have fun. Go out with a Bunch of friends and just hang out. Boyfriend/girlfriend is way over rated. good luck

This doesn't really belong in this section of the site but I'm gonna answer anyway: I think you have every right in the world to go out with your friend's ex since she's going out with yours. If you are worried about making her mad, just talk to her about it before you actually ask her ex out. If she doesn't like the idea then tell her you don't want her to date your ex then.

I think you should what your heart makes you feel comfortable doing. Don't worry about thinking what others think, all you need to worry about is yourself. If you feel comfortable asking him out, then do so. If you feel like you're doing ONLY to get back at your old b/f, then that's probably not a good idea, just stay single and enjoy the free life of saving money, hanging out w/ friends, or whatever.

You have no best friend if they are going out with your ex. That is a pact amongst all friends..........NEVER date an ex of your BF. Never go swimming in dirty water. That means leave that circle of friends and go elsewhere. You will be a better person for it.

its your choice but u dont wanna make it look like your going out with him to get at ur bf lso may look like your ''swapping partners '' i would just play it cool for a while and just chat and have fun with him then take it slow it may turn into something bigger for the both of u but u dont wanna shock him take it slow and easy also let it slip that ur ex bf and your best friend are now dating so see if he wants to ''hang out somewhere and just talk see if he is in to you
have fun and play safe

If you want to get with her ex just to make her feel bad then that makes you the bad person because you will be using her ex to get to her, why bring an inocent person down because you want revenge. If he goes along with it then I would go for it.

hm, tricky...
it could get messy- but if you think the guy's into you, then yes,
though i would wait some time...it all seems to be happening too quickly-
let your best friend's ex understand whats going on...
see if he likes you
and then ask him out.
but from a moral point of view i'd say no prob
good luck:)

well if u really really like this guy then dont hesitate because ur the one thats gonna regret it in the long run if u dont make ur decision! just remember to go with ur feelings! and if ur friend doesnt agree with u then maybe she just is'nt your best friend, cos best friends are unselfish when it comes to their mates!
