I recently quit drinking and partying. Is this caused from all of the toxins that have built up in my body? It hurts to sneeze!

You have to be examined by an orthopedist or neurologist to check your back and the nervous system to exclude any changes in the spines which may be the cause of your complains, it may be simple weak back muscles or may be other etiologies pressing on the spinal cord or spinal nerves like narrow spinal canal; narrow spinal foramina; prolapsed inter-vertebral discs or any soft tissue masses pressing on the nerve roots, each cause need special care and different line of treatment.
