i like (well, not just like... i thik love is the word) my guy friend for almost 2 years already but he doesn't know. there are times when i would feel like he likes me also, but i don't want to jump into conclusions... i want a solid evidence (verbal if possible). then there are times when i don't feel that.... like sometimes he would be around me, but not really talk to me. he'd talk to other friends, he discuss things with them, but not really with me. so in return, i don't say much to him because i figured he doesn't want to talk. sometimes he would give me food -- like a donut or a pie that he got when he was out eating lunch. that's what makes me think that -- because im the only one that he gives these things to. however, he is soooooo moody towards me. he'd be so happy one minute, then dead serious the next! rarely would joke around with me, but very quiet whenever around me (not really when he's around his friends) why does he do that? i can't get a clear answer because of ths

Is he shy? If not then it is best to assume he is not the assertive type. (he may be the type of guy that waits for the girl to come on to him). If thats the case, I don't advise any further energy here.
If he is shy, then it may be he doesnt know how to behave around you.

Find someone and try to make him jealous and then you will see if he really likes you
