There are 28 grams to an ounce so you have less than four ounces in 100 grams of yogurt. You need 168 grams to make 6 ounces. So you need roughly a little over 1 and 1/2 of the packages of yogurt. Hope this helped!!!

According to my 12oz diet coke can that is sitting on my desk, there are 355ml in 12oz of diet soda (mostly water and carbon dioxide). so, if the density of water is 1gm/ml, then one ounce is 355ml/12oz, or about 29.583 ml, or at 1gm per ml, 29.583 grams. This, given any error due to density miscalculations, should give you a reasonable answer.

I think there are 28.50g in 1oz.
I say this because my chem book states that there is 57g in 2oz.
So, cut it in half, i would assume 28.50g
