This country was in much better shape/conditon when Clinton/Gore was in office. When we have a great President and Vice President, our country does so great. When Bush is/was in office, the country goes to h- - -!

Was there ever any doubt? Clinton/Gore were the ones that scored all the big "hits" so to say. I compare them to musicians. Clinton/Gore were like The Who, or Aerosmith, The Beatles, etc lots of top 40 hits, lots of talent and staying power.

Bush/Cheney are more like the Backstreet Boys, the only numbers they can put up are a result of marketing and other people's work, their talent is minimal. They just sing and take the credit for anything that's good, and if something is bad, they blame someone else.

This woeful economy:

- 1.9 million new jobs in the past 12 months
- 5.3 million new jobs since August 2003
- Unemployment at 4.6% - very low
- GDP growth of 3.5% in 2005, fastest of any major industrialized country
- 2006 1st Qtr GDP growth at annual rate of 5.3%
- Since January 2001, real after-tax income has risen by 12.9%

Goodness, what a horrible economy. Especially after the glorious recession he inherited from Clinton.

Wow. You actually believe that, don't you. Amazing the power of a leftist media.

The economy has grown stronger, and in spite of the set back in 2001 (remember 9/11? Or did that not permeate your brain?) we are still stronger. Interest rates hit there lowest in decades, more people own homes...

But you keep living in your world! Keeps my real one less crowded!

No, but he will be asked to leave in a less than two years. I know that is plenty of time to do more damage, but we have to wait. This info is not just my opinion, it is documented on-line at address below. Please do homework before you praise your favorite president's accomplishments.
